Maintenance solutions:

With every installed Digitizing Line we offer a maintenance plan tailored to customer requirements. A maintenance plan may include the following:

Yearly maintenance is performed once a year during 2 days.

In case of emergency we offer a two levels intervention plan :

  • 1st level : a technician remotely diagnoses and / or upgrades the software
  • 2nd level : a technician goes to customer's premises for repair

Shortest time intervention allows us to send a technician on the next 1 to 3 business days. This delay may change for customers on other continents.

Customers that subscribe to a maintenance plan have access to our HotLine free of charge.
